o No Tax collection hours on Monday, 3/10 due to a conflict.

Activities:
- Information Share: What’s coming up for Rutledge Events.
- Meeting Wednesday 2/26 and a new event in planning
- Quizzo – May 9th, following a happy hour.
- Snow Jam, April 5th – Saturday
- April 12th is Spring Celebration
- April 26th is Earth Day, currently in planning.
Parks & Property:
- Information Share: Gather Space Update
- Schedule groundbreaking tentatively for March 15th.
- Ridley offered to support in preparation of the triangle park field; request from parks to have borough office get this done ahead of groundbreaking.

Public Safety:
- Discussion: Updating Contact Sheet on Emergency Operations Plan
- Vote planned for next council session to approve acting emergency coordinator; Kevin Cunningham has expressed interest in accepting this responsibility.

- Vote: Request to use Upper Hall for Quizzo Night from Activities Committee – May 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM

- Break down your cardboard; MRF will not accept wet cardboard.

- Survey planned after the three months of service.
- Retold for textiles; there is a cost associated but it is a great way to reduce contribution to landfill.

- New: Discussion around potential Noise Ordinance; alignment with Chapter 10 and Property Maintenance Code.
- Solicitor suggests using Swarthmore’s noise ordinance due to shared SPD.
- The ordinance committee will take on this task.
- New: Plumbing issue.
