- If RGC bears no costs, then what commitment is there from the borough to keep the field in good repair?
- What do our neighboring boroughs with youth sports groups do?
- Who owns the field in question (public, school district, etc)?
- Who funds the team?
- Are costs paid by the player fees?
- Cost Sharing Opportunities

- Street Committee Project Goal: Reduce costs to Borough and work toward LCAP 2035 Goal of 100% renewable energy for the borough by updating borough Street Lamps to be powered by solar panels and install visors to reduce light pollution.
- Questions:
- When is the best time to initiate a street lamp update to both maximize ROI and not waste funds already spent with the (moderately) recent updates?
- Are shield/visors a worthwhile initiative to include?
- Are there potential grants opened by including this?
- Are there potential community “achievement”/standards we can earn by reducing light pollution in this way?
- Questions for Street Committee:
- Provide specific visor brand / model design for review
- 2017 Bid Information
- What was installed? Lifespan of product?
- Info around light studies
- Should PC review potential need for addition streetlamps as part of this request?
- Action item: Sid to being review process and will be point person for Streets contacts; Scott will also support.
