  • Rutledge Borough Council voted to approve and adopt on April 1st

  • Comp Plan Action Matrix vs Multi Municipal Example
    • Likely need to find a balance between the two levels
    • Leaning toward true working document.
  • Sean presented topic to Borough Council and all agreed this could be beneficial to use as we move into budget/financial planning.
  • Action: Joe to format action matrix into a simplified version.

· Rutledge LCAP

o Reformatting similar to Comp Plan

o Status of Borough Council identify LCAP areas of focus for the coming year

  • With Comp Plan approved, Action: Update LCAP to similar formatting improvement
    • Need to determine best way to group goals for LCAP
      • Suggested by timebound benchmarks
  • Sean and Andrea again recommended Borough Council to look topics/initiatives that improve our progress on LCAP.

· Grants Research – Rutledge Resiliency Hub

o Status of outreach to USDN Resiliency Hub

· Rutledge Participation in the CPRG Program

· New Business?

  • Rutledge Girls Club: Formalizing the relationship between the Rutledge Borough and the Rutledge Girls’ Club: Research Project to Identify the Needs to Maintain a Softball field (components, upkeep, etc.) and create a plan/understanding to ensure this is supported.
    • Action: Check with Heidi if there is a maintenance plan provided by the consultant after the completion of the park.
  • Borough Hall Plan: What is the role and function of the Rutledge Borough Hall?
    • Are there things we (Rutledge) should be considering beyond borough business—a more important role as part of the community?
    • How do we get the building on a path to this in the next 3-5 years?
