· Work Session discussion reviewed the Action Matrix and members opened on their computers to review; questions quickly came up regarding creating the lower level action plans.

· E.g. during Park Construction, can we have a sign that this is part of Climate Action plan regarding stormwater?
· Grants Research – Rutledge Resiliency Hub – Action Item: Joe continuing to reach out to USDN re: Resiliency Hub resources, grants to request a follow up call
· Rutledge Participation in the CPRG (Climate Pollution Reduction Grants) Program – Action Item: Joe continuing to reach out to DVRPC to request follow up call.
· Borough Hall Plan –
· No update — Sean reported on Borough engagement session and feedback on options for the future of the Hall. There was a strong interest in the Hall as a resiliency center and the idea of supporting community and surrounding municipalities’ provision of classes and supportive services.
· Code Hosting –
· Sean reported on the positive progress with this initiative, including the ongoing effort to locate, upload, and organize Borough code provisions into digital records, which will be part of the process to identify and fill gaps.
· No action for PC at this time; potentially need assessment of gap recommendations once provided by the hosting company.
· Triangle Park Update –
· PC will continue to follow and available to provide feedback. Potentially feedback regarding streets study in regards to directionality and safety of Waverly.

· New Business (Sean) – As part of the Building Committee’s work on adopting/amending the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code, there will be a role for the Planning Commission to play as part of the appeals process. Sean provided more detail and background on this initiative and the PC had a preliminary discussion about the advisory role they could play, similar to other items they have been providing input to Council on like the Chambers Conditional Use for a child daycare facility in the church.
