HS: update from meeting with landscape architect and engineers for design and development planning to prepare for cost estimations ahead of bidding; aiming to bid in summer with construction beginning in fall; revisiting steering committee ahead of next stages of development

AJ: first significant snowfall in more than 700 days; assistance from Swarthmore following equipment failures
- Street Resurfacing for Aqua Repairs
- Swarthmore Avenue from Morton Ave to 9th, Unity from Swarthmore to Rutledge, & Alternate for Waverly from Swarthmore to Rutledge or Alternate
Proposal: Swarthmore Ave from Morton to 9th Ave; Unity from Swarthmore to Rutledge; Waverly from Swarthmore to Rutledge (looking at an alternate due to future Triangle Park work); partnering with Morton on street bid for better pricing

Trash & Recycling:
